Patrick Bodnar has built high-performing campaigns that deliver opens, clicks, and retention across a variety of audiences (and funnel stages). He has curated and managed subscriber lists that include tens of thousands of contacts, and has experience using platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact.

A few accomplishments include:

  • Increasing USA Climbing’s average open rate by 2.6% from 2024 to 2025 (even coming off an Olympic year, which typically yields higher engagement from members and fans)

  • Developing press distribution lists (national, endemic, and regional) to deliver in-depth reporting and further earned media for USA Climbing and its athletes/events

  • Launching The Spot Climbing Gyms’ first transactional email strategy, reaching prospects and customers at key stages in the sales funnel (for example, reminding active members of gear discounts that they receive and customer support that is available, after they have paid for rental equipment twice, to boost sales revenue and member satisfaction)
